Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the daily maintenance of the resort’s bodily plant, device, and centers. 🎓 Education & Certification:

• High college diploma or GED required
• Technical or vocational schooling in preservation trades favored
• Certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing is a plus
• EPA certification may be required (primarily based on assets)

💡 Experience:

• 1–three years of revel in in wellknown maintenance, facilities, or engineering
• Hospitality or commercial building renovation revel in desired

• Strong understanding of building structures (electric, plumbing, mechanical)
