Infrastructure Manager

As an Infrastructure Manager, you’ll be responsible for coping with end-to-end IT infrastructure offerings, ensuring operational excellence, and turning in fee-added services to clients or internal groups.

Your Primary Duties Will Include:

• Managing server, garage, cloud, and network infrastructure offerings
• Leading infrastructure tasks such as facts center migrations, enhancements, and cloud deployments
• Overseeing day-to-day IT operations, maintenance, and support
• Ensuring gadget uptime, safety, and overall performance throughout environments
• Implementing ITIL-based techniques for incident, problem, and change management
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and providers for aid planning and trouble resolution
• Driving value optimization, automation, and system improvements
• Managing and mentoring technical teams and service desk employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an associated field
• Certifications inclusive of ITIL, PMP, Azure/AWS, or Cisco preferred
• 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• Proven experience in coping with employer-grade infrastructure and massive-scale deployments
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments, virtualization, and garage solutions
• Hands-on expertise with Windows/Linux servers, networking, and firewalls
• Knowledge of cloud structures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation gear like Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards
