Job Description
The SAP QTC Consultant is liable for analyzing, designing, imposing, and helping SAP answer throughout the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. This consists of configuring and optimizing strategies related to income orders, pricing, billing, revenue recognition, and integration with finance and logistics modules. The consultant will play a critical role, allowing easy and green stop-to-cease order control approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Understanding: Collaborate with business agency stakeholders to understand QTC commercial enterprise procedures and map them to SAP fine practices.
- System Design & Configuration: Configure SAP modules like SD (Sales and Distribution), Billing, and Revenue Accounting to assist QTC methods.
- Integration Support: Work cautiously with different useful groups, including SAP FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and CRM, for preventive integration.
- Solution Implementation: Participate in full lifecycle implementations consisting of requirement gathering, blueprinting, trying out, pass-live, and assisting.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide a day guide, treatment incidents, control trade requests, and assist in putting up the go-live stabilization.
- Testing & Documentation: Prepare, take a look at plans, behavior beneficial checking out, and ensure accurate documentation of organization approach flows and technical modifications.
- Process Improvement: Recommend ways to improve operational performance, automation, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 4 – 8 years of experience in SAP with specialization in Quote-to-Cash strategies.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in the SAP SD module, together with pricing, order control, billing, and transport.
- Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is ideal.
- Familiarity with integration factors to SAP FI, MM, and 0.33-party gear.
Analytical Skills: Ability to understand enterprise requirements and translate them into scalable SAP answers.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, hassle-fixing, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification in SD or QTC-associated modules.
- Exposure to SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
- Experience working in Agile project environments or DevOps fashion.
- Experience in industries including telecom, tech, or financial offerings.
