Engineering Manager

Comcast is hiring an engineering manager to lead and guide a team of engineers while leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative technological solutions. In this role, it will supervise technical projects, guarantee the best engineering practices, and collaborate with interfunctional teams to support the commercial objectives of Comcast.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers or systems.
• Supervise the design, development, and deployment of engineering solutions.
• Make sure the projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and meet the quality standards.
• Provide technical orientation and tutoring to engineers.
• Collaborate with managers of products, architects, and other equipment to define requirements and strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and practices.
• Monitor system performance, solve problems, and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to guide innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Related Field.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership or management roles.
• Strong history in software development, systems engineering, or related domains.
• Practical experience with modern technologies, development frameworks, or infrastructure tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work on all teams.
