Data Modeler

Extens is hiring a data modeler to design and implement data models supporting commercial processes, analysis, and initiatives for digital changes. In this role, you will collaborate with parties, architects, and engineers interested in combining data structures with scalable, qualified, and organizational purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop logical, ideological, and physical data models to meet business requirements.
• Coope with business analysts, data architects, and development teams to translate requirements into strong data structures.
• Customize database performance, scalability, and storage efficiency.
• The integrity of the data, the stability, and the guarantee of quality in the system.
• Data models, definitions, and documents for future reference.
• Work with developers and data engineers from ETL to apply and validate the model.
• Support the government, compliance, and data security policies.
• Identify and solve data-related issues.

Skills and Skills:

• A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data modeling (ideological, logical, and physical).
• SQL, Relative Knowledge of Relative Database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.), and concrete knowledge of data storage concepts.
• Defendant with large data platforms (Hadoop, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Practical experience with data modeling tools (eg, Irwin, PowerDesigner).
• Understanding ETL processes, data governance, and metadata management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, a nd communication skills.
