Technology Facilitator

Capgemini is hiring an experienced Technology Facilitator with 6–10 years corporate training experience. The selected candidates will be responsible for training both freshers and experienced employees in major technologies with attention to database, data engineering, programming, cloud and data visualization. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching, advice and empowering others with technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute technical training sessions for fresh and experienced employees.
• Provide training on hands in database (Oracle, SQL server) and data warehousing.
• Traine the learners on ETL tools such as informatica, talend, tableau, or SSIS.
• Conduct sessions on programming languages ​​like Python or Java.
• Teach the concepts and practices of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Provide training on Hadoop/Big Data ecosystems and Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Design and effective training materials, practice and evaluation.
• Monitor progress and provide reaction to learners to help achieve the desired skill level.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and include them in training.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years experience as a trainer/corporate trainer in IT or related fields.
• Strong technical expertise in database, ETL tools, programming, cloud technologies and big data.
• Proficiency in at least one database (Orackle/SQL server).
• Excellent communication, presentation and convenience skills.
• Experience to work with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Along with fresh graduates -capacity and desire to train without professional professionals.
