Associate consultant

HCL is hiring an Associate Consultant with equipment, automated workflows, and mentor teams specializing in the effective use of automation technologies. The role focuses on ensuring timely resolution of events, running quality compliance, and improving customers’ satisfaction through innovative use of devices such as Jenkins, PowerShel, Ansiu,m, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve tickets and events to suit the SLA requirements using Jenkins PowerShell Automation.
• Members and administrators of the mentor team are familiar with the best practices for Ansail and Python scripting.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to share knowledge.
• Come to the change implementation plans and reduce human errors using PowerShell automation.
• Participate in capacity planning discussions to optimize resource allocation.
• Positive customer connect through effective communication and timely solution.
• Performance and current analysis, such as the basic cause analysis (RCA) and trend analysis using Python and PowerRashelle.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Necessary skills:

• Proficiency in Jenkins and Powercel for Automation Workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Ansail and Python for scripting and process automation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform performance and basic cause analysis.
• Stakeholders and customers have strong communication and mutual skills for interaction.
