Senior Design Manager – Illustrator

• Participated with products, engineering, research, and marketing teams to define objectives and identify impressive features.
• To lead and develop a team of designers to provide creative, user-centered solutions.
• Promoting the culture of cooperation, innovation, and high-quality design crafts.
• Champion research-driven design by integrating customer response and insight into decision-making.
• Represent the design team in cross-functional discussions and impress the design direction.
• Advocate for access, inclusion, and user-centered experiences in Adobe’s ecosystem.
• Ensure that design solutions simplify complex problems in attractive, spontaneous user experiences.Abilities and skills:

• 10+ years of experience in product design with a proven record of launching new and scalable products.
• 5+ -Ayer -Old Leadership Experience and Experience to Develop Design Teams.
• Strong backgrounds in user experience, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience driving research and verification to align the design with business and user needs.
• Large, global, and cross-functional teams can work effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for creativity, access, and customer-focused design.
