Job Description
The American Express is hiring a Senior Associate – Digital Product Operations to support new customers and support the deployment of new products on the American Express merchant and partner networks. This role involves working closely with external partners such as the acquisition, issuer, processor, trader, and internal teams to ensure smooth connectivity, certification, and transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To enable safe data exchange, onboard and certify external customers at the Self-Promotion Program (CPP).
- Provide consultation and assistance to customers about certification tools, procedures, resources, and requirements.
- Cooperate with internal teams (PCG, PBS, and others) to manage certification demand pipeline.
- Act as a contact between external partners and internal technology groups to apply connectivity and authority solutions.
- Improvement, upgradation, and documentation changes in the support processes are required by regulations, new products, or technological progress.
- Participate in calls and testing in many time zones to support regional and global projects.
Qualification and Experience:
- Payment, transaction processing, or 5-8 years of work experience in related fields.
- Strong knowledge of network specifications, certification, test equipment (ATS/NTS/NGS), EMV, POS, and contactless products.
- Experience with project management and payment platforms (eg, NetworkForcee).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (B.Tech/engineering).
