Job Description

The Senior Analyst – Data Analytics is a position that will have the authority for the entire strategic analytical projects’ just-in-time execution, scoping, data reading, and even the production of the organization of the analytical ideas and recommendations. With a high-level quantitative application, a strong understanding of professional concepts, and the ability to create actionable insights that support enterprise preferences such as adoption, merchant engagement, and revenue growth, this condition also forms the requirements for senior analyst roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing data analytics to identify ways to increase the redemption of the offered deals, customer satisfaction, and enhance merchant relations.
  • Working directly and synergistically with the Amex Offers Marketing teams to architect and put into practice audience growth and offer-based strategies.
  • Utilizing the Amex closed-loop network to come up with smart, data-driven insights.
  • Working closely with stakeholders from different departments and different locations throughout the world, such as in the market and business unit divisions.
  • Converting the rapidly changing market needs of the business into easy-to-understand data solutions, in turn, helps decision-making.
  • Coordinating between multiple projects and being able to turn projects around quickly.
  • Producing what-if scenarios and a variety of solution alternatives depending on the data accessibility and deadlines.
  • Suggesting business decisions based on hard facts, thorough statistical investigations, and clear, concise presentations for easy visualization.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in the analytics domain.
  • Good analytical, logical problem-solving, and data explanation skills.
  • The skill of working with large datasets without losing the speed or accuracy of the results, and delivering insights generated from them.
  • The working knowledge of the merchant/consumer business or marketing analytics.
  • The touch of digital media, audience growth, and offer-based analytics.
  • The Capability to convert data into practical insights for partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide a data-driven marketing strategy with the qualities of being fast, accurate, and clear.
  • Develop the mental framework for approaching complex, ambiguous problems to be solved analytically.
