Philips is looking for a Software Technologist – AI to be a part of its creative technology group. The perfect candidate must be a software developer of the highest standard with exceptional coding, design, and system development knowledge and off-the-hook passion for AI-led innovation. The individual under consideration will mainly be involved in the creation of intelligent, scalable, and reliable software solutions that will make teamwork more effective and efficient in departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Software development in AI should include designing the architecture and hands-on coding.
• Be involved in the usage of lots of different up-to-date technologies like Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, API development, .NET, React, Typescript, and Load Balancing.
• Go forward with the company’s automation plan and consequently, be the one to enhance the CI/CD pipeline.
• Delve into and showcase the working model of the Generative AI technology, for example, LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Try to interact with other teams, even if they happen to be on the other side of the earth, to deliver mobile solutions and prompt prototypes.
• New technologies should be constantly discovered and mastered by the team members. They should have a lot of curiosity and be able to solve problems with a target-oriented approach.

Skills and qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software development with the main emphasis on coding and design.
• Being capable of using the following techniques: Python, AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, API Development, .NET, React, and Typescript
• Knowledge of creating and handling CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Impressive problem-solving abilities accompanied by a quick turnaround when you are making a prototype.
• Knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering).
• Working experience with the Rust programming language.
• Being driven by new ideas, always eager to learn and automate processes.
