• First of all, you can utilize and also upgrade, or even expand the SQL Server DBA for your production environment as well as for your test, stage, or development environments.
• Database scalability will be met by taking care of the capacities and performance of the databases.

• In-depth working knowledge of SQL Server as a DBA for 3-6 years.
• Working knowledge and experience in SQL Server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL, query optimization, and performance locking.
• Experience with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
• If a candidate is familiar with a cloud database platform like Azure SQL Database, it will be his/her advantage.
• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
