Job Description

Hyatt is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager to be part of the hospitality dream team. The position is very close to the heart of ensuring that all front office operations go smoothly in line with Hyatt International’s corporate and brand standards. In collaboration with the Front Office Manager, you will be instrumental in providing guest services at a level that exceeds expectations, as well as maintaining the smooth running of the operations.

Main Duties

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in managing day-to-day activities of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Regency or Grand Club.
  • Ensure that check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures are carried out efficiently and in a manner that reflects the brand promise of Hyatt.
  • Oversee guest relations, shepherd with complaints, and solve problems straightaway by giving customer satisfaction the highest priority.
  • Partially take care of front office employees by motivating, instructing, and training them, thus ensuring that standards of treatment are followed and are of business quality.
  • Connecting with the other departments to make it possible to have uninterrupted guest services.
  • Measure the performance of the department, the introduction of changes, and the handling of administrative work, with your help.
  • In the safety, security, and compliance efforts, support the front office operations.
