Operations Associate Analyst

Cigna Healthcare is looking for an ambitious Operations Associate Analyst to be a part of our energetic team. This position concentrates on activities such as assisting workforce planning, carrying out performance analyses, optimizing processes, etc., while working with Operations, Business Intelligence, and Human Resources teams. The best candidate for the job will be the one who handles data-driven situations with excitement and will be utterly devoted to advancing the operational effectiveness by employing analytics, tool development, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with different teams (Operations, BI, HR) to facilitate short and long-term workforce planning.
• Create, develop, and maintain custom tools and dashboards in Microsoft Excel and Access for planning and reporting processes that are more efficient.
• Develop as well as improve communication materials, such as interactive dashboards and visualizations, through
• QlikView for the purposes of monitoring performance and making decisions.
• Only that which is necessary should be considered in the creation and updating of headcount reports.
• Intradaya analysis, call volume reporting should be supported, and staff should ensure that it is in accordance with the forecast.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• This will help in increasing productivity.
• Performance data may be used for identifying the areas where risks and opportunities for improvement exist.
• Produce reports as the need arises and enlighten senior leadership through the insights you uncover.
• WFM-related requests as well as deliverables are to be done in a manner that will guarantee their accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Use data and monitoring tools to help you locate the source of the problem at the next level of hierarchy.
