Job Description
A Senior Director – Franchise Strategy Integration is the person that the Strategy function of The Coca-Cola Company, based in India and the South-West Asia Operating Unit (INSWA OU), is looking for. This position is mainly concerned with the interpretation of the strategy of OU into workable plans for the Bottlers of the Franchise, the production of commercial insights, and the management of the strategic impact at the market level. The role also consists of the responsibilities of managing a group of talented individuals, and cooperating with different departments to ensure there is both harmony and that the business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Franchise Strategy & Performance: Use annual business planning, scenario planning, and performance tracking at the Bottler Unit level to bring OU strategy into practice locally.
- Generate Commercial Insights: Extract, analyze, and interpret data and insights from various sources to unveil opportunities, prepare business cases, and suggest a set of the most doable commercial activities.
- System Alignment & Collaboration: Conduct the processes of getting in line with partners who are the Bottl, ers, and ensure that the execution of strategies will be cohesive across the network. Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams to achieve this.
- Strategic Projects: Take the leading role in your area and guide the rest in the accomplishment of the major projects supporting India’s growth at the same time, learning for later planning cycles.
- Stakeholder Management: Gain consensus and establish rapport with the wide range of stakeholders that may include bottler partners, regional teams, and global leadership.
