Job Description:
Cognizant is hiring for OTC (Order to Cash), Cash Apps, Billing & Collections professionals in Hyderabad. Responsibilities encompass handling quit-to-give-up OTC strategies, handling invoicing, rate packages, and collections. Roles & Responsibilities: Walk-in-Interview in Hyderabad
Order to Cash (OTC) Process:
- Manage surrender-to-give-up OTC techniques alongside invoicing collections, and cash packages.
- Ensure well-timed and correct billing and revenue recognition.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and invoices.
Cash Applications:
- Process and observe customer payments efficiently.
- Reconcile bills with incredible invoices.
- Resolve discrepancies in fee postings.
Billing & Collections:
- Generate and send invoices to clients.
- Follow up on past due bills and control collections.
- Maintain accurate information on billing and collection sports.
SPE (Specialized Process Execution):
