Job Description

As the Risk Technical Development Lead, you’ll be the situation count expert in Microsoft Power Platform and oversee the technical improvement and deployment of apps, automation tools, dashboards, and process enhancements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the layout, development, and implementation of packages the use of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)
  • Collaborate with commercial enterprise and threat stakeholders to accumulate requirements and translate them into purposeful, scalable solutions
  • Establish Power Platform governance, requirements, and great practices
  • Manage improvement lifecycle: architecture, checking out, deployment, and documentation
  • Mentor and guide junior builders and enterprise analysts
  • Integrate Power Platform answers with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and third-celebration structures
  • Maintain data security and compliance requirements in all implementations
  • Drive innovation and non-stop improvement throughout chance tech tasks
  • Work closely with data protection, business enterprise structure, and risk leaders

✅ Required Qualifications

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a associated technical discipline (Master’s desired)

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum of 6–eight years of enjoy in utility improvement or hazard tech roles
  • At least three years of arms-on enjoy with the Microsoft Power Platform suite
  • Proven music file of designing and implementing business enterprise-grade Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
  • Experience with databases, API integration, and scripting languages (JavaScript, C#, SQL)

🧠 Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Azure services, and protection fashions
  • Ability to manipulate a couple of projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong management, verbal exchange, and stakeholder management competencies
  • Agile/Scrum revel in is a plus
  • Familiarity with chance and compliance strategies is fantastically perfect

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
