Enabling Areas – DEC – DM – Junior Graphic Designer (Web)

Deloitte is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer (Web) in the Enabling Areas – DEC – DM team. This position would best describe a resourceful person who not only can design but also deliver winning web graphics, layouts, and visual content that harmonize with Deloitte’s brand and digital standards. You would be working with different people within the organization to provide design support for the marketing, communications, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and create eye-catching web graphics, layouts, and templates.
• Take part in the building of digital marketing and communication materials.
• Coordinate with Deloitte’s branding and design guidelines for consistency.
• Work with senior designers, developers, and marketing staff on your project.
• Modify designs for different digital platforms and devices.
• Keep up with design trends, tools, and web design best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or any closely related field.
• Good command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Sounds like HTML/CSS is the basic knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, responsive design.
• Idea generation, focused on the details, and being on time with the deliveries is the set of characteristics that underlies the strength of a candidate.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Trying to learn HTML/CSS is a plus.
