Lead Engineer – Network Modeller
Job Description
Lead Engineer architectural format efforts for the duration of sizable projects (non-public or public place) as a part of AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities crew. You’ll mentor junior designers, collaborate with multidisciplinary organizations, and assist ensure terrific, on-time, on-price range delivery.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supply architectural layout — from initial idea through gentle and construction documentation.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and special BIM system.
- Conduct architectural calculations, create specs, evaluations, and designated drawings.
- Work intently with drafting/format corporations and outside specialists to coordinate technical sports
- Guide junior body of workers, put in force technical requirements, and contribute to BIM-associated practices.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s diploma in Architecture (or equal) — Chartered status is a plus.
- eight–12+ years of applicable enjoy managing complex architectural tasks.
- Experience in APAC, UK, or Middle East markets desired.
- Proficient in BIM workflows, with sturdy verbal exchange, hassle-solving, and crew leadership talents.
