Job Description

As a Maintenance Scheduler, your primary obligation may be to coordinate, plan, and agenda renovation paintings across the plant to make certain most fulfilling gadget reliability and manufacturing continuity. You will act as a bridge between operations and the preservation crew to limit downtime and maximize efficiency.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop weekly and daily preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective protection schedules
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and renovation groups to align work priorities
  • Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (such as SAP PM or Maximo)
  • Review work orders, create process plans, assign assets, and tune process of entirety
  • Ensure well timed procurement of required spare elements, equipment, and system
  • Maintain correct asset and protection records statistics
  • Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve asset overall performance
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with protection and best standards
  • Provide reports on scheduling effectiveness, backlog, and maintenance KPIs

✅ Required Qualifications

🎓 Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or associated technical subject
  • Certification in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (e.G., SMRP, CMRP) is a plus

👨‍💼 Experience:

  • 2 to five years of enjoy in upkeep making plans, scheduling, or reliability engineering in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Experience with CMMS structures (e.G., SAP, Oracle EAM, IBM Maximo)
  • Understanding of plant machinery, protection processes, and protection protocols

🧠 Skills:

  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and protection software
  • Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma concepts is preferred
  • Excellent conversation and move-useful coordination skills
