Senior Principal Architect Lead complex architectural and concrete layout projects from concept via final touch. Mentor groups, liaise with move-practical agencies, and make sure format excellence via technical leadership beneath considerable steerage.

• Perform architectural calculations and create centered specs, reports, and drawings. 
• Review and approve conceptual designs and technical packages; uphold remarkable standards. 
• Coordinate with layout/drafting groups and different disciplines throughout initiatives.

• Mentor junior architects and contribute to new architectural techniques and system.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Architecture is needed.
• 8–12+ years of experience—preferably in city layout, healthcare, homes, or similar sectors.
• Proficiency in equipment like Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and others. 
• Strong communique, unbiased working capability, and undertaking shipping track record.
