Job Description

As a Technical Associate, you’ll work closely with go-useful teams in manufacturing, R&D, engineering, or great assurance depending at the business unit. You’ll help ensure that Coca-Cola’s merchandise are produced effectively, effectively, and continually to fulfill enterprise and regulatory standards. Whether helping new product introductions, trying out materials, or optimizing manufacturing methods, your role can be fundamental to delivering Coca-Cola’s promise of excellence.

  • Assist in the execution and tracking of manufacturing strategies to ensure first-rate and efficiency
  • Support technical projects concerning gadget upgrades, product testing, or procedure improvement
  • Collect, examine, and report operational or product facts to discover tendencies and anomalies
  • Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to clear up technical problems
  • Conduct habitual quality and compliance assessments
  • Ensure adherence to fitness, protection, and environmental protocols

✅ Required Qualifications

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial)
  • Alternatively, a degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, or a associated technical subject

💼 Experience:

  • 0–3 years of revel in in a production, lab, or technical operations surroundings
  • Internship or co-op revel in in FMCG or food & beverage manufacturing is a plus

🧠 Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing structures and tactics
  • Strong analytical and trouble-fixing skills
  • Ability to work with technical documentation and SOPs
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP or manufacturing software program is an advantage
  • Effective conversation and teamwork abilties
  • Willingness to paintings in shifts, if required
