Job Description:
The Associate Category Manager (Home and Kitchen) in Meesho will own the P&L and Growth Strategy for the category. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing supplier relations, optimizing pricing and promotion, and ensuring a stellar product classification. The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of e-commerce or analytics experience, strong business acumen, and specializes in cross-functional cooperation to increase customer experience. It is a full-time role located in Bengaluru.

Associate Category – HW Role is a mixture of analytics, business skills, and customer passion. You will not just manage products; You will manage a mini-business within Meesho. Your major responsibilities will be included:
- Driving category growth: This is your primary mission. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the GDP (GMV) of the Home and Kitchen category, revenue, and market share. This includes deep diving into data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- P&L Management: You will be the owner of the profit and loss details for your sub-class. This means taking pricing, promotion, and data-driven decisions to adapt to both development and profitability.
- Businessman and supplier management: An important part of this Misho vacancy is acting as a bridge between Misho and its suppliers. You will place new vendors on the ship, nurture existing relationships, and ensure a healthy and diverse portfolio of products for customers.
