We are hiring customer support officers for a voice/mixed process. You will be the first point of contact, the customer will call the calls and possibly email/chat through email/chat. Key Responsibilities: Tech Mahindra Walk-in Interview
Acting as the first point of contact with customers, addressing their questions and concerns primarily through voice calls, and potentially through email/chat in a mixed process.
- Providing timely, accurate, and professional resolution for customer issues related to company products or services.
- Capturing details of all customer interactions and transactions in the specified CRM system, inquiry, and work.
- Personal display targets and major performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time (AHT), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first call resolution (FCR), meeting and exceeding maximum.
