• Experience in service desk or application support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of connectivity and authentication issues.
• Good analytical and diagnostic abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to handle multiple incidents and requests.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 operations.
• Willingness to provide rotational on-call support.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams.
