Amazon Work From Home Jobs 2026, The Tech Sourcing Recruiter will be part of Amazon’s Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team, which supports Amazon Talent Acquisition across multiple regions.
The recruiter will focus on finding qualified technical candidates for Amazon’s US market. The role involves proactive candidate sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, recruiter screening and maintaining talent pipelines.
This position requires strong sourcing skills and the ability to work in a high-volume recruiting environment while meeting timelines and customer SLAs.
Using Boolean search to identify candidates with specialized technical skills.
Using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Indeed and X-ray/Open Web search.
Conducting candidate outreach and engagement.
Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
Reviewing candidate profiles and resumes.
Conducting recruiter phone screens.
Evaluating candidates against job requirements.
Understanding candidate motivation and career interests.
Conducting in-depth candidate interviews.
Maintaining candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Performing market research and talent mapping.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1+ year of corporate recruiting or search-firm recruiting/research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience using contact management systems or Applicant Tracking Systems.
Ability to source, track and manage candidates.
Strong candidate-generation skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment searches and priorities.
